What is the extent of processing your personal data by grotgun Sp.zo.o ?
First and foremost, in the process of establishing contact with you it is required that we are provided with an application declaring you as the subject interested in our offer. In order for us to receive such application we require the following data: name, surname and telephone number. Please be advised that if you choose e-mail as the means of providing us with the application, we automatically receive the information on your e-mail address.
During the process of making a reservation and subsequently during the process of providing you with access to the shooting range at the time arranged, your data in electronical form is erased. In order to issue an invoice and maintain documentation by an accountant your data is stored in paper form by the accountant and in electronic form on their computer, which is encrypted with a password, as well as in a safe.
What is the purpose of my personal data processing?
The data received in the process described above is used solely when necessary to facilitate the current communication between grotgun Sp. z o.o. and our Clients, for the purposes related to our business relations. These purposes are:
- the purposes related to making a reservation by our Clients – the legal basis for the data processing is the necessity of data processing for the purpose of making a reservation as well as in order to execute legally justified Administrator’s interests, the justified Administrator’s interest being the contact with the Client in order to execute the agreement (reservation) properly
- marketing purposes that is the transfer of information regarding our products or services as well as invitations to certain events or general information about grotgun Sp. z o.o. – the legal basis for the data processing is the necessity of data processing for the purpose of the execution of the legally justified Administrator’s interests, the justified Administrator’s interest being direct marketing of the Administrator’s products or services. We use cookies for the purpose of tracking our website statistics such as the number of the website visitors, the type of the operational system and internet browser used for website browsing, the amount of time spent on the website, visited subpages etc. Regarding the aforementioned tracking statistics we use Google Analytics which means using Google LLC cookies. The mechanism regarding cookies and their setting management gives you the possibility to decide if, while using Google Analytics we may also use the marketing function or not.
- archiving purposes – the legal basis for the data processing is the necessity of data processing for the execution of legally justified Administrator’s interests, the justified Administrator’s interest being the realization of archiving purposes;
- contingent enforcement of any claims related to the execution or dissolution of the agreement between you and grotgun Sp. z o.o. – the legal basis for data processing is that such processing is necessary for the execution of legally justified Administrator’s interests, the justified Administrator’s interest being the possibility to enforce any claims by the Administrator;
- accountancy and tax purposes – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity to fulfil the legal duty on the part of the Administrator conditioned by accountancy and legal regulations.
We do not intend to acquire or in any other way store the information which may be considered confidential.
Our Clients.shall not be subject to any automated decision-making including profiling.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the parties that process personal data at our request. We are bound with these parties by the agreement of entrusting personal data processing. Your personal data may be also made accessible to the parties or organs authorized to data processing on the basis of legal regulations. Your personal data will be disclosed to our employees and partners authorized to view the data for the purposes of activities required by our business relations.
You are entitled to access your personal data and you may also request for your data to be modified, erased as well as request that your personal data processing be limited.
You are entitled to transfer your personal data that is to receive from the Administrator your personal data in a structured and commonly used machine-readable format. You may send your data to another administrator.

When the basis for your personal data processing is the premise of the legally justified Administrator’s interest , you are entitled to object against the processing of your personal data. You have the right to object in particular against receiving from us information or marketing materials via email or other means of communication. When the basis for your personal data processing is your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent. Revoking your consent has no influence on the legality of data processing as the data processing law has been applied on the basis of the consent given before it has been revoked. Furthermore, revoking your consent does not influence data processing conducted on any other legal basis than the given consent.
